COBH, THE PATH TO
RENAISSANCE & RESURGENCE

In September 2006 out of concern that Cobh and the Great Island have failed to benefit from the economic regeneration taking place in the greater East Cork region, the Cobh & Harbour Chamber convened a forum to address the challenge. This forum is made up of representatives of key companies in the area and individuals successful at the highest level of endeavour locally, nationally and internationally. The Forum commissioned Brady Shipman Martin consultants to provide a new vision for Cobh and to identify the economic rationale for Cobh that would drive the town to realise its potential. The report entitled "Cobh, the Path to Renaissance & Resurgence" has now been completed.
